Questions

Existing MJS customers with $500+ cumulative purchase history, working within licensed professional channels (clinics, distributors, licensed practitioners, KOLs and educators).

For your first 45 days as an MJS partner, your first 3 referred orders earn at the Growth tier rate (8%) — regardless of your monthly volume. After the 45-day window or 3 qualifying orders (whichever comes first), commissions revert to standard tier-based rates.

No conflict. Many of our best partners are both. Your own orders aren’t eligible for commission (no self-referrals), but referrals from your network earn commission as normal regardless of how you promote — through your clinic, content channels, or direct introductions.

48 business hours. You’ll receive an email once verified, with access to your partner dashboard and unique referral link.

No. The program is free to join for eligible existing MJS customers. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or hidden costs.

12 months from their first order. Every order they place in that 12-month window earns commission at your current tier rate.

Payouts go out monthly on the 15th via Wise or bank transfer. $10 minimum payout — balances below $10 carry over to the next month. Transfer fees are borne by the partner. Commissions are approved after confirmed delivery plus a 14-day review window.

If a referred order is refunded or charged back, the corresponding commission is reversed and deducted from your next scheduled payout. Standard MJS shipping and refund policies apply to all referred orders.
