Botulax 300U — Hugel Largest-Pack Format

How is the 300U reconstituted?

300U is typically reconstituted with 7.5 mL preservative-free 0.9% saline for 4U/0.1 mL dilution (same concentration as 100U with 2.5 mL or 200U with 5 mL). Higher concentration protocols (e.g. 5 mL → 6U/0.1 mL) are possible for therapeutic large-muscle work. Use within 24 hours at 2–8 °C.

Is 300U overkill for a single patient?

Typically yes — single-patient cosmetic treatment rarely exceeds 100U. The 300U pack is designed for multi-patient sessions or therapeutic indications. For single-patient practices, Botulax 100U is more appropriate.

Can I split the 300U across multiple session days?

No. Once reconstituted, Botulax must be used within 24 hours at 2–8 °C. Unused reconstituted product must be discarded after 24 hours. The 300U pack is operationally suited to sustained high-volume practices that can complete the full vial within the day.

How do I verify authenticity?

Same as smaller Botulax packs: (1) Hugel branding and KOSDAQ 145020 reference; (2) batch number matching between box and vial; (3) ‘300U’ clearly printed on labeling; (4) intact tamper-evident vial seal; (5) visible white lyophilized powder cake in the larger 300U vial format.

Safety

This product-specific: Botulax 300U carries the same class-wide botulinum toxin warnings as all Type A products including potential distant toxin spread, neuromuscular junction disorder contraindications, and pregnancy/lactation contraindication. Always aspirate before injection; maintain emergency airway management equipment.

Class-wide warning: rare distant toxin spread possible (symptoms hours-to-weeks post-injection). Maintain emergency airway management equipment and epinephrine.

I’ll admit—I was nervous about trying this after reading all the horror stories online. But after my dermatologist recommended Botulax for my forehead lines, I gave it a shot. Three days in, I started noticing my ‘thinking wrinkles’ soften. By week two? Smooth as a filter. No frozen face, just natural-looking results. Lasted a solid 5 months for me. Way cheaper than the big-name brands, too. Just make sure you go to someone who knows what they’re doing!
