Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order with MJS Medicals. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below.

1. Professional Use Only

All products sold by MJS Medicals are intended exclusively for use by licensed medical and aesthetic professionals. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are a qualified healthcare practitioner, licensed aesthetician, or authorized medical professional.
  • You will use the products in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • You will not resell products to end consumers or unlicensed individuals.

    • MJS Medicals reserves the right to cancel any order if we have reason to believe the above conditions are not met.

    2. Order & Payment

    All orders are subject to payment confirmation before processing and shipment.

  • All prices are listed and must be paid in USD (US Dollars), unless otherwise agreed.
  • For bank transfers: we accept USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, HKD and other major currencies. The transferred amount must meet or exceed the USD invoice total based on the prevailing exchange rate.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.

    • ⚠️ When paying via Wise or bank transfer, please do NOT add any notes or comments to the transfer. Failure to comply may cause payment processing issues for both parties.

    3. Shipping & Customs

    MJS Medicals ships worldwide from three warehouses:

  • Korea warehouse (Korean-brand products) — shipped via FedEx, estimated 3–7 business days.
  • Hong Kong warehouse (European-brand products) — shipped via dedicated logistics line, estimated 10–15 business days.
  • Japan warehouse (Japanese-brand products) — shipped via Japan Post (EMS), delivery time varies by destination.

    • Orders containing products from multiple warehouses may arrive in separate shipments.

    FedEx Account (US customers): rtain products shipped to the United States via FedEx require the buyer’s FedEx account number for customs clearance documentation only. Your FedEx account will not be charged any shipping fees — all shipping costs are fully covered by MJS Medicals.

    UPS All-Inclusive (US customers only): As an alternative to FedEx, US customers may opt for our UPS all-inclusive service, which covers customs clearance and import duties. An additional surcharge applies.

    Import duties and taxes for all other shipping methods are the sole responsibility of the buyer. MJS Medicals is not liable for any delays, seizures, or losses caused by customs authorities.

    4. Cold Chain & Temperature-Sensitive Products

    Products such as Botulinum Toxin and rtain skin boosters are shipped with insulated foam packaging and ice packs. However:

  • MJS Medicals cannot guarantee the exact temperature of products upon delivery.
  • During summer months or extended transit, ice packs may melt and products may arrive at room temperature.
  • Brief room-temperature exposure has a limited impact on Botulinum Toxin efficacy (estimated 5–10% maximum reduction). Degradation is a gradual, long-term process.
  • Upon receipt, all temperature-sensitive products must be stored at 2–8°C immediately.

    • ⚠️ Important: If you have strict requirements for uninterrupted cold-chain temperature control throughout the entire shipping process, we strongly advise you to reconsider placing an order. MJS Medicals will not accept refund requests or disputes arising from temperature-related concerns after shipment.

    5. No Returns & Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of medical aesthetic products — including cold-chain requirements, sterility, and professional-use classification — all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
  • Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
  • Refunds will not be issued for packages seized or delayed by customs authorities.
  • Refunds will not be issued for temperature-related concerns (see Section 4).

    • 6. Product Authenticity

    All products sold by MJS Medicals are sourced directly from licensed manufacturers and authorized distributors. We welcome verification through any channel you prefer. Expiry dates are valid on all products at the time of shipment.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    MJS Medicals shall not be liable for:

  • Any adverse reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from improper use of products by the buyer or their patients.
  • Loss or damage caused by customs seizure, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

    • Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

    9. Changes to Terms

    MJS Medicals reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or placing of orders constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
