Neuramis Volume Lidocaine is a hyaluronic acid-based dermal filler (20 mg/ml HA + 0.3% lidocaine) for mid-to-deep wrinkle correction, facial contouring, and volume restoration (cheeks, lips, chin). With SHAPE technology, it delivers high elasticity (G’≥200 Pa), natural results lasting 6-9 months, and ultra-low BDDE residue (<0.4 ppm). Integrated lidocaine minimizes discomfort, while 99.9% HA purity ensures safety for smooth, natural rejuvenation.

What it is

Neuramis Volume Lidocaine (1-needle version) is the high-density tier of Medytox’s SHAPE™ dermal filler range — engineered for deep facial volume restoration in cheeks, chin, and nose contouring. The SHAPE™ 2-step cross-linking process delivers extended duration with residual BDDE below 0.4 PPM. This 1-needle pack includes a single 27G UTW (Ultra Thin Wall) needle for reduced injection trauma.

How SHAPE™ Technology works

SHAPE™ (Stabilized Hyaluronic Acid & Purification Enhancement) is Medytox's patented manufacturing process used across the Neuramis range. Two engineering decisions distinguish it from standard BDDE cross-linking:

Pillar 1
2-Step Cross-Linking

Traditional process: BDDE and HA react in a single step. Result: significant unreacted BDDE remains, requiring extensive post-purification.

SHAPE process: A first cross-linking reaction is followed by a second cross-linking pass on the under-reacted HA chains. More BDDE is consumed in reactions; less is left as residue. The gel network is also denser and more stable, contributing to longer in-vivo duration.

Pillar 2
Enhanced Purification

Multiple dialysis cycles remove any remaining unreacted BDDE before final sterilization, followed by additional pre-sterilization purification.

Result: residual BDDE < 0.4 PPM — five times stricter than the EU regulatory ceiling of < 2 PPM. Endotoxin levels also held to ultra-low specification.

Cross-linking technology Manufacturer Core mechanism Residual BDDE
SHAPE™ (this product) Medytox (Korea) 2-step cross-linking + enhanced purification < 0.4 PPM
NASHA® Galderma (Sweden) Biphasic particle cross-linking Industry standard
Vycross® Allergan (USA) High + low MW HA blend cross-linking Industry standard
CPM® Merz (Germany) Polydensified cohesive matrix Industry standard
Hy-BRID GENOSS (Korea) Uniform-particle HA Industry standard

EU MDR ceiling for residual BDDE in dermal fillers is < 2 PPM. SHAPE™ operates 5× stricter than the regulatory floor. Comparison based on manufacturer-published technical data.

Why this matters clinically

Lower residual BDDE reduces the risk of inflammatory and hypersensitivity reactions. Denser cross-linking from the 2-step process extends in-vivo durability. Medytox is also the manufacturer of Neuronox botulinum toxin — the same Korean GMP infrastructure produces the Neuramis range.

FAQ

What is the difference between the 1-needle and 2-needle Neuramis packs?+

The 1-needle pack contains 1 syringe + 1 × 27G UTW needle — a more economical option for single-session treatments where backup needle redundancy is not required. The 2-needle pack contains 1 syringe + 2 × 27G UTW needles — useful when treating multiple zones requiring fresh needle exchange or when needle backup is preferred. Both packs contain the identical Neuramis Volume formulation and product specifications; the only difference is needle count.

How long does this product last?+

Duration is 12–18 months depending on injection site, patient metabolism, and lifestyle. Mobile facial zones (lips, perioral) typically resorb faster than static zones (cheek, temple). Individual hyaluronidase activity also influences longevity.

What’s the storage requirement?+

Standard HA filler storage at 2–25 °C (room temperature acceptable). Do not freeze. Protect from direct sunlight. No cold-chain shipping required (this is not a botulinum toxin). 24-month shelf life unopened; verify lot label before use.

Where to buy wholesale and how to verify authenticity?+

Wholesale through MJS Medicals for licensed healthcare professionals. To verify authenticity: (1) intact tamper-evident sterile seal; (2) batch number with manufacturer traceability label; (3) HA concentration matches 20 mg/mL on packaging; (4) Korean origin marking visible; (5) CE / KFDA certification visible on box.

Who is qualified to inject?+

Licensed physicians, dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and aesthetic practitioners with HA filler-specific training only. Buyers self-certify professional status at checkout.

Safety

This product-specific: Deep dermal / supraperiosteal placement in cheek, chin, nose — facial artery, dorsal nasal artery, and infraorbital artery danger zones. Aspirate before injection; cannula technique strongly recommended in vascular zones. The 27G UTW (Ultra Thin Wall) needle provides larger inner diameter than standard 27G — smoother injection flow but same outer trauma profile.

Prescription medical device. Contraindicated in known hypersensitivity to HA, lidocaine, or Gram-positive bacterial proteins; severe allergies / anaphylaxis history; pregnancy / breastfeeding; autoimmune disorders; active local infection; and concurrent anticoagulant therapy. Aspirate before injection; keep hyaluronidase on hand for reversal.

We compared several suppliers, and with the 8% discount on 10+ units, the effective price per syringe comes out $3-4 cheaper than market rate. The key selling point? High client satisfaction—just last week, a full-face filler patient specifically praised how natural it looked on the temples, with no "plastic face" stiffness.
