Both use the same 24 mg/mL HA + 0.3% lidocaine and Hylacross technology — they differ by gel density. Ultra 2 (lighter, 2/5 volumizing capacity) is for fine lines, periorbital crow’s feet, vermilion border definition, and superficial perioral wrinkles in the mid dermis.
