Cosmo Korea and Korea Filler Experts describe Neo Thread Filler (L-Type Cannula) as 20 polydioxanone threads joint in a single needle for mimic wrinkles on the face and neck. The product name often reads “20 Threads”; that refers to the strand count on each cannula, not the pack count. The pouch and Cosmo packing unit are 10ea per pack (1 pouch × 10 pcs).
Unlike a woven Mesh tube or a barbed Cog, Thread Filler is a bundle of smooth linear filaments that can expand after the cannula is withdrawn, giving a soft volumetric “filler” effect plus collagen stimulation as PDO is absorbed over about six months.
