Neogenesis PDO Twin Multi Thread carries two twisted polydioxanone filaments on one needle or cannula. The pair gives more collagen stimulus and local support than a single mono, without barbs. Nine sizes from 27G 38/50mm to 25G 90/150mm, all USD 48, packed 20ea. Manufactured by NeoGenesis Co., Ltd., South Korea.
About Twin Multi Thread
Cosmo Korea lists Neo Multi Thread Twin PDO as two twisted filaments for deep facial and neck work: gravity wrinkles, elasticity, neck lines, local volume, mid/lower oval, nasolabial folds and jowls. Korea Filler Experts and Medisilk use factory codes T2738–T2590 and USP pairs (7-0)×2 on 27G, (7-0)+(6-0) on 26G, (6-0)×2 on 25G. Pack count is 20 pieces — that is the selling unit, not the strand count.
The application map follows the manufacturer diagrams: crow’s feet, nasolabial folds (ala to oral commissure), lower third of the face and marionette lines. Twin Multi is not a cog: the two filaments are smooth and twisted together (non-anchoring). All nine sizes on this listing are Basic Needle, as listed below.
Material & structure
Absorbable surgical PDO.
Flexible polydioxanone remaining at the site for about six months. Pouch: sterile single-use absorbable sutures with needle; non-pyrogenic, non-toxic; GMP, KFDA, CE 2195; Made in Korea. Cosmo Korea USP: 27G (7-0)×2, 26G (7-0)+(6-0), 25G (6-0)×2.
Two filaments, one twist.
Two smooth PDO monofilaments are twisted together (visible on the pack close-up as a purple double strand). Hyaloo describes T2690 as non-anchoring twin smooth thread. The twist adds bulk and collagen surface versus a single mono; it does not lock tissue like a barb or cog.
Nine sizes, one pack count.
All sizes are Basic Needle (sharp): 27G and 26G at 38–90mm needle length; 25G at 60mm and 90mm. Pack photography labels the Twin Multi close-up as Basic Needle.
Areas of application

Mapped zones: crow’s feet, nasolabial fold (ala → commissure), lower third / marionette. Cosmo also lists neck, jowls and mid/lower oval. Actual plan is determined by the practitioner.

Frequently asked questions
What is Twin Multi Thread?
A Neo Thread Series PDO with two smooth filaments twisted together (two stranded). It adds collagen surface and mild volume versus a single mono, without barbs. Packed 20ea.
Is this a cog or a mesh?
Neither. Twin Multi is two twisted smooth filaments. Mesh is a woven lattice tube. Cog / Combi uses barbs for traction. Cavern is a coil-spring hollow thread. Choose Twin Multi for peri-orbital and lower-third support without anchoring barbs.
Needle or cannula?
All sizes on this listing are Basic Needle (sharp). Factory codes T27xx / T26xx / T25xx match Cosmo Korea and Korea Filler Experts size pairs.
What are the factory codes?
T2738, T2750, T2760 (27G); T2638, T2650, T2660, T2690 (26G); T2560, T2590 (25G). Codes match Korea Filler Experts and Medisilk size pairs. We do not invent additional factory suffixes.
Where is it applied?
Manufacturer map: crow’s feet, nasolabial folds (ala to commissure), lower third and marionette lines. Cosmo also lists neck wrinkles, jowls and mid/lower oval.
Is it FDA approved?
NEO Thread is CE-marked (pouch CE 2195) and KFDA listed, with GMP manufacturing. The PDO raw material is FDA Class II as a material — not US product approval of this SKU.
Who should perform the procedure?
A trained, licensed practitioner. Follow the manufacturer IFU; do not use a damaged pouch.
